Website Maintenance Fees Charged By Punjab RERA On The Agents As Well As The Promoters

The Authority had before given a request on imposing of RERA Online ‘Accommodation expense’ on the advertisers/realtors vide. No. RERA 2018/4958 dated 11.06.2018. The said comfort charge has been chosen in the exercise of the forces vested under para 33 of the Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority (General) Regulations, 2017.

The matter has been additionally checked on considering practical accommodation to the advertisers and specialists, and it has been chosen by the Authority that as opposed to taking the said expense every year toward the start of each monetary year, it will presently be taken for the whole term of the legitimacy of the Registration Certificate, at the hour of enlistment, as arranged underneath:

All Projects and Real Estate Agents who have effectively been enrolled with the Authority as of date will be obligated to pay the composite Web Maintenance Fee for the whole time of legitimacy of Registration Certificate as above, barring the web support expense previously paid by the Promoters/Real Estate Agents.

The above expense will be payable in a similar model as the installment of Registration Fee payable under the Rules, under the heading “Composite Web Maintenance Fee.”

The Authority, in like manner, calls upon every one of the Promoters and Real Estate specialists to pay the said charges at the latest 31st March 2020 and stay away from any correctional action under the law.
