According to the arrangements of area 3 of the act, all the land projects from 01-05-2017, including continuous undertakings over 500 square meters and over eight units, enlisted with APRERA.

Suppose any advertiser repudiates the arrangement of area 3. In that case, he will be obligated to suffer the consequence, which might stretch out up to 10 percent of the assessed cost of the land project. APRERA has given a roundabout dated 15-05-2019 in which activities are separated into two classes. For example, all the undertakings got their arrangements supported between 01.01.2017 to 15-04-2019 and another class as a task. It got their arrangements endorsed post 15-04-2019 and fixed the late charge notwithstanding the actual enlistment expenses according to the Government orders, and the remove date was taken as 31 august 2019.

Authority gave a round dated 11-09-2019 regarding late charges on enrollment of undertakings. For the task which has got an endorsement from skillful specialists from 01-01-2017 to 15-04-2019 after things will apply:-

Suppose an advertiser documents an online application after 01 September 2019 and at the latest 31 October 2019. In that case, they need to pay actual charges according to the Government orders +150% extra of the enrollment as late expense.

On the off chance that any advertiser documents online application after 01 November 2019 and at the latest 31 December 2019, they need to pay the actual expenses according to the Government orders +200% extra of the enrollment charges as late expenses.

For the activities which have govt endorsement after 15-04-2019, the accompanying expenses and late charges will be imposed:

a) All the advertisers need to document online applications within 45 days from the date of endorsement of building/format plans. If they apply within 45 days, the charges will be exacted according to the timetable.

b) If any advertiser documents an application following 45 days and before 75 days after the endorsement of the plan, they need to pay the actual expenses according to the G.O +25% extra of the enlistment charges as a late charge.

c) If any advertiser records an online application following 75 days and 105 days after the endorsement of the arrangement, they need to pay actual charges according to the G.O +50% extra of the enrollment expenses as a late charge.

d)If any advertiser documents and online application following 105 days and before 135 days after the endorsement of the arrangement, they need to pay actual charges according to the G.O +100% extra of the enlistment expenses as a late charge

e) If any advertiser records an online application following 135 days. Before 195 days after the endorsement of the arrangement, they need to pay actual expenses according to the G.O +150% extra of the enrollment charges as a late expense.

f) If any advertiser records an online application following 195 days and before 255 days after the endorsement of the arrangement, they need to pay actual charges according to the G.O +200% extra of the enlistment expenses as a late charge.

Suppose any advertiser has not presented their application to enroll their undertaking before 31 December 2019 according to the timetable referenced understatements (a) to (f) referenced above and following 255 days. From the date of endorsement of building/format plan, severe action according to area 59(1)of the act will be taken against said advertiser and will be at risk of punishment of up to 10% of the assessed cost of the land project.
